  1. My PT said this is the best one for my back pain. Apparently pain at the "bra line" is very common in women due to pressure from bra straps and this one stretches all the tight spots. Love it!

  2. I do this pose all the time. I had back surgery about a year ago and have wished to even sleep in this position if it were possible to get more comfortable. Thanks for sharing
